This two-year project completed a series of e-reporting training workshops and one-on-one hands on training for observers in PNA national programs. The aim of the project was to support a full transition from hard copy workbooks to electronic reporting to the extent practical by 2020. The project involved on site training in six PNA Parties as well as ongoing support from an e-reporting Project Coordinator at MRAG Asia Pacific Brisbane Office as well as a Project Officer based in Rabaul, PNG. The project also undertook a full audit of existing e-reporting hardware (tablets, two-way communication devices) which led to a reduction in overall communications costs and more effective day-to-day management of devices.
